Mjøsen kaffe’s Sverre Berg Lutnæs has won silver in the World Kokekaffe Championship 2021.
The winner of the event, which was held in Stjørdal in August, was Adrian Berg from Kaffi Nanoroastery.
Kokekaffe – AKA steeped coffee – is the world’s most widely used brewing method. Kokekaffe has a long and good tradition in places without electricity, and is a favourite at Mjøsen kaffe when we are ut på tur!
In the World Cup, it was important to serve the coffee correctly, and all participants had to present their own porcelain cups with bowls.
